Frequently Asked Questions
Clear, clinical answers—so you know exactly what to expect before you book.
What services does Juvenescence Wellness offer?
Juvenescence Wellness offers a curated mix of medical and aesthetic care, including medical weight loss, hormone health and optimization, IV therapy (including NAD⁺), PRP regenerative therapy, injectables (Botox® / Dysport®, dermal fillers, Radiesse®), skin rejuvenation treatments (microneedling and chemical peels), and MyoActivation®. Select advanced services may be offered seasonally or as “coming soon” (e.g., PDO Threads), with waitlist access available.
Do I need a consultation before booking?
For most services, yes. A consultation allows us to review your goals, medical history, and suitability, then recommend the most appropriate treatment pathway with clear expectations. Some services may allow direct booking if you’ve been seen recently or if pre-appointment guidance is sufficient.
How does your medical weight loss program work?
Our medical weight loss program is clinically guided and individualized. After an assessment, eligible clients may be offered evidence-based prescription options such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, paired with structured follow-ups and progress monitoring. The focus is appetite regulation, metabolic support, and sustainable outcomes—tailored to your health profile and long-term goals.
Are your treatments performed by licensed professionals?
Yes. Treatments are performed by qualified, licensed clinicians, following appropriate clinical standards, protocols, and safety practices. Your care plan is designed to be medically responsible, clearly explained, and aligned with your individual needs.
What are your clinic hours?
Hours can vary by provider schedule and treatment type. The most current hours are always listed on our Contact page. We operate primarily by appointment to ensure dedicated time, privacy, and a calm experience for every client.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first appointment focuses on clarity and personalization. We’ll review your goals, relevant history, and suitability, then outline a treatment plan with expected outcomes, timing, and any aftercare. For medical programs, baseline labs or additional clinical assessment may be recommended to guide safe and effective care.
What’s the difference between Botox and dermal fillers?
Botox® and Dysport® are neuromodulators that relax targeted muscle activity to soften dynamic expression lines (like frown lines or crow’s feet). Dermal fillers (typically hyaluronic acid) restore volume and contour—such as lips, cheeks, or under-eye hollows. We often combine approaches for balanced, natural-looking rejuvenation.
Is there downtime after treatment?
Many services have minimal downtime, but it depends on the treatment. Injectables may involve mild swelling or bruising. Microneedling and chemical peels can involve short recovery (redness, flaking, or sensitivity). We’ll give you clear, written aftercare and expectations before you proceed.
What is NAD+ and what are its benefits?
NAD⁺ is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy production and metabolic function. NAD⁺ IV therapy supports replenishment through direct delivery under clinical supervision. Many clients pursue NAD⁺ for improved energy, mental clarity, recovery support, and overall vitality.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Preparation varies by service. Generally, arrive well-hydrated and allow a few extra minutes for intake forms. If you’re booking injectables, we may recommend avoiding alcohol and certain supplements/medications that can increase bruising (when clinically appropriate). You’ll receive personalized instructions at booking or during your consultation.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We typically operate by appointment. This ensures clinical preparedness, adequate time for assessment, and a discreet, unhurried experience. If you need a last-minute appointment, please book online or contact the clinic and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online through our Jane booking portal, or reach out via the Contact page if you’re unsure what to select. For medical programs or more complex concerns, start with a consultation so we can recommend the most appropriate plan.
